Cancellation policy

At LuxicooStore, we understand that sometimes customers may need to cancel their orders. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.


1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped.

  • To cancel your order, please contact us immediately with your Order Number.

  • If the order has not been processed or dispatched, we will cancel it without any charges.


2. Order Cancellation After Shipment

  • Once the order has been shipped, cancellation is not possible.

  • In such cases, you may follow our Refund & Return Policy after receiving the product (if eligible).


3. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

  • If you place a COD order and refuse to accept delivery without a valid reason, ABStore reserves the right to limit or block future COD orders.


4. Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If payment was already made online and the order is cancelled before shipment, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Refund will be issued through the original payment method or bank transfer.


5. LuxicooStore’s Right to Cancel

ABStore reserves the right to cancel any order if:

  • Product is out of stock

  • Payment issue occurs

  • Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected

  • Incorrect pricing or product information is displayed

In such cases, a full refund will be issued if payment was received.
